2. Shipping Policy The cost of shipping varies based on your location and will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage of your purchase. Our delivery times will also vary according to your location and the method of delivery chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time.
 

3. Returns and Refunds for Products and Items We only offer refunds for Products and Items if the item is broken, ripped, or the wrong size. If Parcel is lost in shipping, it might not be covered. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. To initiate a return, please contact us at Shopwalkwithfaith@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
 

4. Cancellation Policy If your order has not yet been made or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at Shopwalkwithfaith@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Returns Policy.
 

5. Return Process To return a product, first, email us at Shopwalkwithfaith@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
 

6. Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that we will not refund the original or return shipping costs.
